Salem Fields 2026 Practice Schedule
MORNING PRACTICE – BEGINS Monday June 1st.
7-10 year olds: 7:45-8:45 am
11-18 year olds: 8:45-9:45 am
6 year and under: 9:45-10:15 am
Practice the day after a meet: (A.K.A...Fun Day!)
Fun Practice: 8:30-9:15 am
Ribbons and Meet Recap: 9:15-9:45 am
Holidays:
The only holiday we will take off of practice is July 4th.
Practice Rules
Be at practice on time.
Make sure you have goggles that fit properly and a towel.
You must come to the pool regardless of the weather, unless otherwise informed.
Always have a way home when practice is finished.
